1. My Anti Virus software says ADIG Human Synchronizer™ is a virus
Answer : We are using the most modern Anti Piracy software to protect our Intellectual Property. Some crackers use this software for protecting their viruses. This means some anti virus software might get in a bad mood thinking our software is a virus. In AVG, put c:\program files\adig in the directory excludes list. Other Anti Virus programs also have this option. We will be happy to help if you contact us having this problem. Please see www.Themida.com for more details about how this software works.

2. The ADIG Human Synchronizer™ will not start after installation
Answer : If you don't get a message about Licensing it is probable that the ADIG Human Synchronizer™ is not placed in the correct folder on your machine.
On MAC, the correct place for the folder where the files are placed is \applications\ADIG. On the PC, the folder is \program files\ADIG.
During installation on the MAC, drag the ADIG logo into the application folder inide the installation window. (Draging to the desktop and then into the application folder will not work.)

3. I cannot see any Midi connections for connecting ADIG Human Synchronizer™ to my Sequenzer Software.
Answer : If you use a MAC, you will need to activate the IAC driver. A good receipe is found here : http://www.renoise.com/wiki/Inter-Application_Communication_driver
PC users will need to use a Virtual Midi cable like the Maple Virtual Midi Cable found here : http://www.maplemidi.com/Maple_driver.html.
Sometimes virtual cables might drop samples meaning the time will slip out of sync. If this happens, you will need to use a midi interface and a midi loopback cable for sending Midi Clock from the ADIG Human Synchronizer™ to your Sequenzer Software.
